I was born in Sakartvelo — you know this country as Georgia. Georgian is my mother tongue; my family and my roots are here.
Why I do this
I built my education and career in Europe: an economics degree, years of work with European entrepreneurs, dual citizenship — Georgian and Hungarian (EU). Five years ago I started helping foreign investors in Georgia and quickly realised: what comes naturally to me — talking to the developer and the notary in my native Georgian, knowing how the local rules really work — is priceless for the client.
Over these five years I've handled more than 55 property deals and 75 company registrations — over three million dollars of investments in total. I have my own company and my own apartment in Georgia: I don't consult "from the sidelines", I'm an investor on this same market and I live in it every day.
Most clients work with me remotely — Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom. Those who fly to Georgia I personally drive around the properties — in Batumi and in Tbilisi — and accompany through every step of the paperwork.
I don't take everyone. If I see that Batumi isn't right for you — I'll say it straight. I'd rather have 50 happy clients than 200 disappointed ones.
Clients from Hungary and other EU countries invest with me — to European standards of work: contract, reporting, transparent terms.
